The Chrome Extension for Gmail and the Add-on for Gmail are two ways ProsperWorks allows you to manage communications and contacts solely from your Gmail account. Because these eliminate some of the need to have a separate browser window with the ProsperWorks Web App open, we've created this list to show you how each of their functionalities compare.
In short, you can do more in ProsperWorks with the Chrome Extension than you can with the Add-on. The Add-on is more flexible in terms of where you can use it: You can use the Add-on in any browser or the android/ios app, whereas you can only use the Chrome extension in Chrome.
In other words, can your team use the extension or add-on instead of the web app, or will you need two browser windows open?
